Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation implementation projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project resources and team members
• Manage client expectations and communicate project status
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• PMP certification preferred
• 5+ years experience managing industrial automation projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with project planning and resource allocation
• Knowledge of automation technologies and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
