Control Systems Engineer

Overview

Design and implement control systems for industrial automation applications. Configure, program, and troubleshoot control hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial applications
• Program PLCs, DCS, and other control platforms
• Configure industrial networks and communication protocols
• Develop control strategies and algorithms
• Perform factory and site acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues
• Create technical documentation and system specifications
• Support commissioning and startup activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years experience in control systems engineering
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLCs
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of electrical design principles
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
